1. General

1.1 Terms and conditions explain your rights and obligations in relation to this website located at (“Site”) and any goods purchased through this site. Please read them carefully. If there is anything you do not understand then please contact us.

1.3 Dofygate Ltd reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting such changes on this website. Your continued use of the site after the changes shall mean you are bound to the new terms and conditions.

1.4 Dofygate Ltd is the seller of the goods or product or service and the receiver of any amount due as set out in 4.1.

1.5 The purchaser is the receiver of the goods or product or service and is the person or company named on the Invoice

2. Use of Site

2.1 The content of the site is owned by us. You are permitted to view or print individual pages or content for your own personal use. Any other use must be with our prior written consent.

3. Pricing

3.1 All prices are in British Pounds and are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated. VAT will be added at the current market percentage.

3.2 The Cost of transporting goods (“Shipping Costs”) are set out on this Site. It is based on either the goods ordered or the total order value. These costs will be added to the price to be paid by you.

4. Payment terms

4.1 The amount due is the amount agreed between Dofygate and the purchaser plus any VAT or other tax. Where this is disputed then reference will be made to the last price quoted by email or other written communication and this will determine the amount due.

4.2 Unless otherwise agreed then 50% of the amount due should be paid prior to delivery and the remaining amount up to the amount due should be paid within 30 days of delivery.

4.3 Ownership of any goods remain with Dofygate Ltd until full payment is made and Dofygate retains the right to collect the goods until ownership has passed to the purchaser by way of payment in full

4.4 Any costs associated with the collection of the full amount due will be born by the purchaser and will be added to the amount due.

4.5 Any costs associated with the collection of goods resulting from non payment of the full amount due will be born by the purchaser.

5. Purchasing

5.1 To purchase from us you must be a resident in the United Kingdom. We cannot ship to locations outside the United Kingdom unless otherwise agreed and payment is made in full.

5.2 The Site and the goods sold through it are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to alter or modify designs without prior notification. We will inform you of any changes to the advertised goods prior to despatch. If you are not happy with these changes you may inform us in writing, including email, with 7 days, starting on the day after the goods were received by you. In order to receive a refund please see our refund section.

5.3 By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details to despatch the goods to you.

5.4 We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed your order and received full payment.

5.5 All drawings, photographs, specifications and descriptions used on this site are issued only to give an approximate idea of the goods described in them and are intended as a guide only.

6. Returns

6.1 UNWANTED GOODS Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange unless agreed in writing prior to any purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase. This does not affect the standard 12 month warrantee.

6.2 DAMAGED GOODS You must notify us of any goods delivered to you in a damaged condition within 48 hours of delivery.

6.3 FAULTY GOODS You must notify us of any goods that are faulty as . You must stop using the faulty goods and immediately contact us via email or telephone. Dependant on the length of time you have had your goods we may offer you a repair, replacement or refund at our discretion.

6.4 To return your goods, you should send them to: Manor Farm, Calthorpe, Norwich, Norfolk, NR11 7QR. You should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6.5 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Where the goods are returned due to defective product or where the product is not as stated in the product description pertaining at the time of purchase then Dofygate Ltd will either arrange collection or refund the cost of return shipping.

6.6 To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

6.7 There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

i) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

ii) Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

7.Refunds (if applicable)

7.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

7.2 If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

7.3 Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

i) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

ii) Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

iii) Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

8. Exchanges (if applicable)

8.1 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will arrange an exchange.

8.2 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
